PPO CONDUCTIVE / ANTISTATIC MODIFIED

PPO conductive and antistatic modification is achieved by adding conductive fillers into the PPO matrix. The volume resistivity and surface resistivity of the material can be widely adjusted from insulating level (＞10¹⁴ Ω·cm) to antistatic range (10⁵ - 10¹² Ω/sq) and conductive range (＜10⁵ Ω/sq). This modification provides permanent static dissipation and conductive performance without relying on environmental humidity, delivering stable and reliable electrical properties.

MAIN APPLICATIONS Antistatic grade is widely used for turnover boxes, trays and IC packaging tubes for precision electronic components, as well as equipment housings and pipes used in flammable and explosive environments such as coal mining and petrochemical industries, effectively preventing static sparking and dust adsorption. Conductive grade is suitable for EMI shielding equipment casings, medical device housings, and automotive parts requiring electrostatic spraying, which relies on material conductivity to attract coating evenly.
